Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, today announced that Salesforce’s Sales Cloud has been recognized as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation Platforms for the 18th consecutive year. Sales Cloud was positioned highest among all vendors for the Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.

Innovation in action: Salesforce recently announced two new fully autonomous AI sales agents to help sales teams accelerate growth: Agentforce Sales Development Rep (SDR) Agent and Agentforce Sales Coach Agent.
